摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤与CuZnSOD的关系。方法:用ABC免疫组化法对19例肝细胞癌及癌旁肝组织;45例肺癌;72例唾液腺良、恶性肿瘤及正常肝、肺、唾液组织切片中CuZnSOD定位及初步定量。结果:CuZnSOD分布在阳性细胞质和(或)核内,肝癌中CuZnSOD阳性率(3158%)及染色强度明显<正常肝组织<癌旁组织。肺癌阳性率为5333%,肺鳞癌CuZnSOD主要分布在细胞质,而肺腺癌主要分布在细胞质和核,二者之间有显著区别(P<001)。肺小细胞未分化癌阳性率为909%,显著低于其它类型肺癌(P<001)。唾液腺良、恶性肿瘤之间无明显差异。肝、肺及唾液腺三种不同组织来源的肿瘤CuZnSOD含量差异很大。结论:肝、肺及唾液腺三种不同组织来源的肿瘤中CuZnSOD含量差异很大,故不同组织类型的肿瘤抗氧化能力亦不同。其CuZnSOD免疫定位及定量显示出病理学意义。
Objective:To seek the relationship between the tumors and copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZnSOD).Methods:Immunohistochemical location and initial quantitative analysis of CuZnSOD in tissues from 19 hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and around HCC,45 carcinoma of lung and 72 benign and malignant salivary tumors were studied by ABC method,the normal tissues of these organs were served as control.Results:In positive cells CuZnSOD was observed in nuclei or/and plasm.The positive ratio (31 58%)and dyeing intensity of HCC was lower than that of normal liver cells,but the highest is in the tissues around HCC.The positive ratio of CuZnSOD was 53 33% in lung cancer.CuZnSOD was mainly observed in cytoplasm from the squamous cells carcinoma of lung and in nuclei and plasm from the adenocarcinoma of lung,the difference in the two groups being statistically significant(P<0 01).The positive ratio of the small cell undifferentiated carcinoma of lung was 9 09% and was significantly lower than that of other groups of lung cancer(P<0 01).There was no significant difference between benign and malignant salivary tumors.There were obvious differences of CuZnSOD content among different tissues from liver,lung and salivary gland tumors.Conclusion:The amounts of CuZnSOD in malignant tumors from liver,lung and salivary gland were very different,so that the antioxidant capability of tumors from different type of tissuse are different .So immunohistochemical location and quantitative analysis have pathological importance.
