急性髂股静脉血栓形成患者血清β_2-微球蛋白和乳酸脱氢酶含量变化及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨急性髂股静脉血栓形成患者血清β2微球蛋白(β2MG)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:用放射免疫方法测定60例急性髂股静脉血栓形成患者急性期、好转期、临床治愈期和治愈后1个月的血清β2MG和LDH含量,并与30例健康人作对照。结果:60例患者血清β2MG为(5.96±0.56)mg/L,LDH为(798.22±65.32)U/L,均明显高于健康对照组〔(2.31±0.67)mg/L和(190.59±88.13)U/L〕。结论:急性髂股静脉血栓形成患者存在高β2MG血症和高LDH血症,且β2MG及LDH与病情轻重和疾病转归密切相关。测定β2MG和LDH可作为判断病情严重程度。 Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance in serum β 2microglobulin (β 2MG) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) levels in patients with acute iliofemoral thrombosis.Methods:During acute,recovery,cure stages and 1 month after cure in patients with acute iliofemoral thrombosis,serum β 2MG and LDH levels were determined in 60 cases by redioimmunoassay,and 30 healthy served as controls.Results:Serum β 2MG and LDH levels were (5 96±0 56)mg/L and (798 22±65 32)U/L respectively in patients with acute iliofemoral thrombosis,which were markedly higher than those in normal controls (2 31±0 67)mg/L and (190 59±88 13)U/L respectively .Conclusions:High levels of β 2MG and LDH might be related to the severity of disease in patients with acute iliofemoral thrombosis.Contents of serum β 2MG and LDH can serve as useful parameters to reflect the severity of disease and predict the prognosis.
