摘要
为探讨盐胁迫下,种子引发处理对高粱幼苗抗氧化酶系统的影响,用100 mmol.L-1NaCl溶液,对高粱种子进行引发处理,并对高粱幼苗进行模拟盐胁迫,分析盐胁迫下幼苗SOD、POD活性、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量变化。结果表明:引发处理提高了盐胁迫下4个品种幼苗SOD活性,而POD活性未见有规律性变化。在盐胁迫后期(36h),引发处理还提高了4个品种幼苗可溶性蛋白含量,降低了MDA含量;在盐胁迫初期,多数品种,无论引发还是未引发处理,幼苗保护酶SOD、POD活性、可溶性蛋白含量升高,MDA含量维持在较低水平。随着盐胁迫的加剧,保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量逐渐下降,MDA含量明显升高。说明,引发处理通过调节幼苗体内一些抗氧化酶的活性来调节幼苗对盐逆境的适应性,从而增强幼苗的耐盐性。
The objective of this study is to discuss the effect of seed priming on the antioxidant system of sorghum seedlings under salt stress. In this study, 100 mmol ·L^-1 of NaCl solution was used to prime sorghum seeds and imitate the treatment of salt stress to sorghum seedlings. The changes of activities of SOD and POD, contents of soluble proteins and MDA of the seedlings were analyzed. The results indicated that priming increased SOD activities of seedlings from four varieties under salt stress, however, seedlings' POD activities of the four varieties did not possess regular change in the process of priming. In the late period of salt stress (36h), the treatment of priming increased the contents of soluble proteins of seedlings of four varieties and decreased their MDA contents. In the early period of salt stress, most of seedlings of the varieties, whether with priming or not, possessed the increasing activities of the protective enzymes such as SOD, POD and the increasing contents of soluble proteins and low contents of MDA. As aggravation of salt stress, activities of protective enzymes and contents of soluble proteins gradually declined and the MDA contents obviously increased, revealing that priming adjusted adaptability of the seedlings to salt stress and inereased salt tolerance of seedlings by regulation of activities of antioxidants in seedlings.
