摘要
土地荒漠化是全球性环境问题之一,它对人类社会生存和发展已经构成严重威胁。山西省是全国荒漠化监测与防治地区之一,土地荒漠化比较严重,耕地减少、质量下降,草地退化,影响着全省农业和农村经济可持续发展。气候因素和人类不合理的经济活动是荒漠化发展的主要原因。防治土地荒漠化要坚持植被建设与工程建设、防治保护与开发利用、传统治理与科技创新、国家投入与社会力量相结合的战略思路,通过建设生态体系、工程体系、产业体系、保障体系,分片治理、分步实施。
Land desertification is one of global environment questions and it has threaten seriously survival and development of human society. Shanxi province is one of the areas of monitoring and controlling of nationaloland desertification and its serious land desertification, farming drop in quality, degenerated lawn, have influenced sustainable development of agriculture and countryside. The main causes of desertification development are climate factors and economic activities of human beings. To prevent desertification, we should insist vegetation.construction and engineering construction on , prevention and protection and exploitation, traditional management and technological innovation, the combination of social forces and strategic thinking, through the construction of ecological system, engineering system, piece-wise governance, implement ation step by step.
