实验性铅中毒对小鼠颌下腺的毒性作用

摘要 采用醋酸铅自由饮服制备小鼠实验性铅中毒模型。铅中毒可使小鼠体重下降,血铅浓度升高,颌下腺铅含量增加。光镜和电镜结果呈现,铅中毒小鼠颌下腺腺叶萎缩,纤维增生,腺间质血管扩张,腺间隙增加。粗面内织网扩张,线粒体肿胀。结果表明,铅中毒小鼠颌下腺纹状管和颗粒曲管直径减小。 The model of experimental lead toxicity in mouse was established by feed lead acetate liquid from mouth. Taking account the mouse general condition,they lost body weight after poison,but the Pb concentration of blood and the Pb contents of submandibular gland were increased.The study of microscope and electric microscope demonstrates that the mouse submandibular glands have been affected by lead poison.The atrophy of lobule,ang- iectasis of stroma,enlargement of lobule and hyperplasia of fiber can be found in submandibular gland.The rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum extends and mitochondrion swells.The analysis of picture showed that the diame- ter of the granular and the secretary striate duct were decreased by lead poison.
