摘要
本科生导师制成为高等教育的一种新趋势,做为一种潜质巨大的教育模式在医学院校已经进入实质阶段。医学本科生导师制要发扬创新、奉献精神才能巩固学生专业思想、提高学生临床能力、增强学生创新意识、培养学生综合素质,真正做到教书与育人相结合,培养适应社会需要的医学专业人才,提高高校的核心竞争力。
Undergraduate tutorial system has become a new trend in higher education. It has entered a substantive stage as a great potential model for the education in the medical colleges. How to avoid it into a superficial phenomenon is an important topic. Tutorial system can consolidate the professional idea, improve the clinical ability, enhance the awareness of in- novation and train the synthetic diathesis for the medical undergraduates by developing the spirit of innovation and dedica- tion. At the same time, tutorial system can combine education and personnel training as to bring up medical professionals who adapt themselves to the modern society. It also can improve the core competitiveness of the university.
