对患者自主决策权的限制表现为:严格审核下的当事人意思自治;强制医疗;保护性医疗;情势之限制(如在患者病情危急需要急救而又无法得到患者及其家属同意的情势下的医师特殊干预权之行使)与公序良俗之限制(如指定某类特殊的群体为器官接受者的捐赠常被拒绝)。
The restriction to patient＇s self--determination can be expressed as patient＇s autonomy under rigorous exams, forced medical treatment, the restriction from situation and the restriction from tradition.
