摘要 目的了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的耐药特点和分子流行病学情况。方法对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌应用VITEK-32微生物分析仪及配套GPS118药敏卡测定其对12种抗菌药物的敏感性,头孢西丁纸片扩散法筛选MR-SA。对已筛选的12株MRSA,应用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术进行基因型别分析。结果 12株MRSA对氨苄西林、苯唑西林、青霉素G和红霉素全部耐药;对氯洁霉素、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星均出现8株耐药;对万古霉素、利奈唑烷、喹努普汀/达福普汀全部敏感。RAPD将检测菌株分为3个型别(A~C)其中RAPD A型和B型是本院的主要流行菌株。结论 MRSA表现为多重耐药菌,本地区存在两种不同型别的MRSA流行克隆。 Objective To study the antibiotic resistance pattern and molecular epi demiology profile of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA). Methods To collect data of Antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from clinical specimens in the People's Hospital of Huangshan from June 2008 to December 2008. These Staphylococcus aureus strains were determined by the Vitek-32 analyser and its matching susceptibility cards to detect their susceptibility towards 12 kinds of antibiotics,and MRSA was screened by Cefoxitin disk diffusion. For the selected 12 MRSA,the random amplified polymorphie DNA (RAPD) technology was used to analyze their genotypes. Results All 12 MRSA strains were resistant to Ampicillin,Oxaeillin, Penicillin-G and Erythromycin, and 8 strains were resistant to Clindamyein, Gentamicin, Lev0floxacin, hut were all sensitive to Vancomycin, 1.inezolid, Quinupristin/Dalfopristin. RAPD technology divided the detected strains into three genotypes (A-C), and RAPD A,RAPD B were the major epidemic strains in this hospital. Conclusion MRSA in this region were multi-resistant towards antibiotics,and 2 genotypes of MRSA strains were prevalent.
