摘要
为观察肺泡灌洗对原发性肺脓肿的治疗效果，对３７例原发性肺脓肿病人行纤维支气管镜检查，并给予灌洗治疗．结果，３７例病人中治愈２２例（６０％），好转１３例（３５％），无效２例（５％），总有效率为９５％．
To observe therapeutical effects of bronchoalveolar lavage via fiberoptic bronchoscope,37 patients with primary lung abscess were treated by bronchoalveolar lavage via fiberoptic bronchoscope.The notable therapeutic effects were found in 22 cases(60%) improvement in 13 cases(35%), inefficacy in 2 cases(5%),and the total effective rate was 95%.
