摘要
研究了５个２取代１正丁基５苯基３吡唑烷酮类化合物的抗惊厥作用．药理实验结果表明，５个化合物均有较好的抗惊厥活性，其中２肉桂酰基１正丁基５苯基３吡唑烷酮的抗惊厥作用最强，最大电惊厥半数有效剂量为１０．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ．
The anticonvulsant activity of five 2 substituted 1 n butyl 5 phenyl 3 pyrazolidinones was studied.The pharmacological experiment showed that they were all potent in activity. Among them 2 cinnamyl 1 n butyl 5 phenyl 3 pyrazolidinones was shown to be the most potent, and its maximal electroshock seizure ED 50 is 10.7mg/kg.
