摘要
采用免疫组织化学方法测定４５例非小细胞肺癌组织中一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ的表达．结果，２１例肺癌组织中一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ阳性，在局部淋巴结有转移组与未转移组差异有显著性．提示过表达一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ与非小细胞肺癌局部淋巴结转移有关．
Expression of nitric oxide synthase Ⅰ were detected in 45 cases of non small cell lung carcinoma with immunohistochemical method.The results showed that 21 cases were positive.There were significant differences between the patients with and without lymph node metastasis.These studies suggested that the overexpression of nitric oxide synthaseⅠ was related to lymph node metastasis of non small cell lung carcinoma.
