摘要
回弹现象是板料成形过程中常见的缺陷，按照零件的理论形状设计制造出的模具，所生产出的零件会由于回弹现象而不符合设计要求，严重影响了模具设计的正确性和准确性。因此，要想得到符合要求的形状，就必须改变模具面的形状。
Rebound phenomenon is a common defect occurring during forming process of sheet metal. The mold, which is designed and tnanufactured according to the theoretical shape of the part, will produce the part that can＇ t meet the design requirements due to rebound phenomenon, seriously affecting validity and accuracy of ~nold design. Therefore, the shape of the mold surface must be changed to naeet obtain required shape.
