摘要
目的:以体检人群中的上火者为观察对象,探讨上火的舌象特征。方法:医生采用舌象观察表,通过肉眼观察,对303例上火者的舌象进行记录与分析,同时设立对照组(145例非上火者)。经过对舌象的比较,获取上火者的舌象特征。结果:卡方检验和偏相关分析的结果示:上火者的舌象特征为舌边红或舌红,舌尖出现点刺,舌苔干燥,舌苔增厚,苔色淡黄。结论:上火是一种轻浅的热证,是中医预防医学和"治未病"的重要内容,掌握上火的舌象特征和出现的时序规律,有助于对上火进行规范的诊断和干预效果的评估。
This study aimed to study the character of tongue demonstration of suffering from excessive internal heat. The tongue demonstration of 303 cases suffering from excessive internal heat was observed with naked eyes by doctors and recorded in an observation table. At the same time, 145 healthy cases were taken as the control group. The chisquare test and partial correlation analysis showed that the character of tongue demonstration of suffering from excessive internal heat manifested red tongue, increased prickles on the tongue tip, thick fur, light yellow fur and dry fur. Suffering from excessive internal heat is one kind of pyretic syndrome which makes an important content of preventative medicine and follows the prognosis of a disease in TCM. The understanding of the character of tongue demonstration and the time series rule of occurrence will conduce to normative diagnosis and evaluation of the interventional effect of suffering from internal heat.
