摘要
将集对分析理论中的同异反定量分析的思想引入到团学工作特别是对高校团学工作的评价中。对传统的联系数进行扩展,提出了适用于团学工作的四元联系数模型,并对四元联系数所反映的信息进行定性和定量的分析。并用集对分析理论中的联系数μ表示高校团学工作考评依据,实践表明μ更能全面的、客观的反映被考核对象的工作效能。
The same-different opposite ration analysis is introduced to Youth League work assessment, especially to college Youth League work.The traditional connection degree is extended, and a quaternion model of Youth League work is proposed.Qualitative and quantitative analysis is done on the information reflected by quaternion.The correlation degree μ is used as assessment for collage Youth League work.It's proved that μ can reflect the work efficiency of the assessed unit more comprehensively and objectively.
