摘要
航天发射是一项高风险事业,若运载火箭在飞行过程中发生故障,将会给人民群众的生命财产带来巨大的损失;为此,设计了一种基于GIS的火箭飞行应急决策仿真系统,阐述了系统的总体框架,分析了系统的功能,重点研究了飞行数据的获取与处理、地理数据的处理和应急决策方法等关键技术问题;最后,对系统进行了集成仿真,实现了对火箭飞行过程的全程监控,并模拟了火箭发生爆炸时的事故范围;实践证明,该系统能够实时监控火箭的飞行状态,并为指挥员提供应急决策支持,提高了航天发射的智能化决策水平。
Aerospace launch is an enterprise with high risk. If carrier rocket in the flight course goes wrong, it will bring enormous loss to the people's life and property. So, an emergent decision-- making simulation system for rocket flight based on GIS is designed. The system framework is expatiated, the system function is analyzed, especially the pivotal technology problems such as acquisition and disposal of flight data, the disposal of geography data and the method of emergent decision--making, are studied. Finally, the system is integrated, the func- tion of surveillance in whole course of rocket flight is realized, and the accident range of rocket blast is simulated. The practice demonstrates that the system can scout in spots the state of rocket flight, and provides emergent decision--making support for the commander, which boosts the level of intelligentized decision--making in aerospace launch.
