摘要
从远程通信的角度,文章提出一种转矩流变仪的远程监测系统模型,模型适用于多终端用户与多台流变仪之间进行多点到多点的远程监测;该模型以流变仪制造商的网站为平台,来构建远程监测中心;依据VPN技术,转矩流变仪的现场测控系统与远程监测中心之间实现了C/S模式的点对点通信,而多点远程监测终端与监测中心之间则采用B/S结构模式;给出了该模型的系统结构,并对其各部分的作用和技术实现做了分析;经过一定的论证和验证后,结果表明该模型是行之有效的,既能实现转矩流变仪的远程监测,又能保证转矩流变仪现场测控系统的私有性,具有一定的实用价值。
From the viewpoint of remote communication, this article proposes a remote monitoring system model of torque rheometer. The model is used on remote monitor of many users and a lot of torque rheometers, between many points and many users. The remote monitoring center is set up on the website of torque rheometer manufacturer. C/S pattern is used between scene observation system and remote monitoring center, based on VPN technology; B/S pattern is used between remote monitoring terminal and remote monitoring center. The article gives the structure of model system, and simple analyze effect of every part and technique that are used in the model. After some demonstration and validation, the results show that the model is effective, both to achieve torque rheometer for remote monitoring, and to ensures that torque rheometer measurement and control system of the private nature of the site, with some practical value.
