基于CPLD的同步测速发电机信号测量设计

摘要 通过分析永磁同步测速发电机的特点和CPLD的功能,提出了基于CPLD来采集同步测速发电机转速信号的数模混合新方法;研究了测速发电机输出信号的模拟和数字两种滤波和电机转向的判断以及正反转信号的处理等,采用了"信号延迟采样"的滤波方法和"双时钟"的计数方法;给出了相关硬件设计和程序设计框图并仿真验证了软件,实验证明该测速方法具有精度高、抗干扰能力强及可靠性高的优点。 By analyzing the characteristics of synchronous tachometer generator and combining with the functions of CPLD, a new meth- od based on CPLD is proposed which is aimed at signal acquisition of tachogenerator with analog voltage output. Signal filtering, the judg- ment of rotation direction and associated date processing are studied, and the filtering method of "delayed signal sample" and the counting theory of "two-clock" are adopted. Then hardware design and software diagram are given. The simulation result and test date indicate that the method has the advantages of high precision, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability.
