摘要
超声波法是混凝土无损检测的主要方法之一,本文系统介绍了超声脉冲检测的理论基础,论述了声波在混凝土中的传播规律以及混凝土超声检测的特点,以及声学参数与混凝土质量的关系,全面系统的介绍了混凝土灌注桩超声检测过程中数据的处理方法。利用ARM9作为核处理器,配合其它电路设计了一台数字式非金属超声检测分析仪。由于采用了高性能微处理器和嵌入式多任务实时操作系统,设计模块化的嵌入式非金属超声检测仪,可完成声波采集、数据处理、等功能。该系统克服了传统声波检测仪自动化程度低、处理能力有限、功耗高等缺点,在性能上有了显著提高。
Ultrasonic testing method is one of main methods of non-destructive testing of concrete.This paper introduce the theoretical foundation of supersonic pulse scheme and expound the supersonic wave spread method, the wave field characteristics among concrete and the relation between acoustics parameter and concrete quality.It systematically introduced the treatment method of the data of a supersonic detection procedure.This subject designs the modularized embedded nonmetal acoustic detector system, which combines a high performance processor(ARM9) and an embedded RTOS.The system has powerful functions of gathering acoustic wave, processing data, automatic promotion.It overcomes the defects of traditional acoustic detector system, such as lack of autoimmunization processing ability, and power consume.The performance of new system is increased greatly.
