摘要
设计开发"空空导弹电阻负载自动测试系统"是成功完成某型产品地面测试设备研制项目的一项重要任务。文章以介绍系统的设计需求为出发点,接合软硬件开发过程中遇到的难点问题,总结了在建立嵌入式系统硬件框架、开关模块设计、虚拟仪器软件设计等过程中的一些技术途径。特别是针对小电阻测试时的精度要求以及多通道控制问题,提出了四线制测量和单片机控制通道切换的实现方法,对于满足系统精确性、可靠性要求等方面具有一定的应用价值。
It is a key step for successful accomplishing the task on ground test equipment to develop the resistance load ATE of airto-air missile.As the beginning of this paper, design requirements of system were introduced.With difficult problems in developing, some technology approaches for establishing and designing system hardware framework , switch model design, virtual instrument software design were summarized pertinently.Especially, concerned measuring precision of little resistance and multi-channel control, four-segment connecting method and controlling method of channel switch by chip microcomputer were put forward.There were some value of application for catching up with requirement of system accuracy and reliability.
