变速箱厂生产作业环境的模糊综合评价 被引量:4

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on work environment in a gear-box plant

摘要 采用模糊数学方法建立了一套包括噪音、温湿度及照明三要素的作业环境综合评价指标体系。在分别对各单项要素进行分级评价的基础上,综合考虑环境测量和主观认识对作业环境评价的影响,运用模糊数学方法对某变速箱厂的生产作业环境进行了综合评价,得出的结论符合实际情况,对企业改善作业环境具有指导意义。 A comprehensive evaluation system on work environment including the factors as the noise,the temperature and humidity,and the illumination,was established using the fuzzy mathematics method.Based on the grading evaluation of each factor,considering the effects of the environmental objective measurement and subjective understanding on the work enviroument evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation on the work environment of a certain gear-box plant was carried out using the fuzzy mathematics method.The obtained results appeared in good agreement with the reality,can guide the work environment improvement.
