摘要
目的通过对生物敷料-A在烧烫伤中的广泛应用,明确生物敷料-A在烧烫伤治疗中的效果及优势,提高烧烫伤治疗的质量。方法通过对不同深度烧烫伤创面的生物敷料包扎治疗,以及在不同时期的处理方法来评定治疗效果。结果生物敷料-A包扎治疗的病人效果明显,愈合好,瘢痕小,住院时间短和医疗费用相对降低。结论生物敷料-A在烧烫伤、电弧光烧伤的治疗上,均能促进创面愈合,缩短治疗周期,适合临床进一步的推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and value of Biological dressing A for treatment of burn wound Through the biological dressing-A burn in the wide application for treatment of burn wound.To improve the quality of burn treatment.Methods Through the different depths of the burn wound Biological dressings bandaging treatment,and at different times to evaluate the treatment effect of the treatment.Results the cases of Biological dressing-A bandaging treatment were effect Obviously,have good healing,and small scars,duration of hospitalization and lower medical costs relative.Conclusion Biological dressing-A for treatment of burn wound arc light wound,could promote wound healing and shorten the treatment period for the further clinical promotion and applications.
