摘要
目的研究松针对小鼠应激能力和血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响,进而探讨松针的抗衰老作用机制。方法取小鼠随机分为松针大、小剂量组和对照组,然后行小鼠游泳耐疲劳、常压耐缺氧实验,测定并比较松针组与对照组血清MDA含量和SOD的活性。结果松针可以延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高抗疲劳能力;延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,提高耐缺氧能力;同时使血清SOD活力明显升高、MDA含量明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论松针具有良好的体内抗氧化作用,可以延缓衰老。
Objective To study the effects of pine needles on stress response ability and blood concentration of SOD and MDA in mice,and investigate anti-aging mechanism of pine needles.Methods Mice were divided into group of large dose,small dose,and control randomly.Experiments of mice fatigue-resistance were carried out for swimming and hypoxia-tolerance under normal air pressure.The blood concentration of MDA and SOD were determined and compared among the groups.Results Pine needles extended the time of active swimming and enhanced fatigue-resistance ability in mice;it also extended hypoxia tolerance time under normal air pressure and raised hypoxia-tolerance ability in mice.There was significant difference in concentration of SOD and MDA among groups(P0.01).Pine needles increased the concentration of SOD and decreased concentration of MDA.Conclusion The pine needles have antioxidant effect,which might delay aging in mice.
