Determination of TBT in seafood by liquid chromatography linked to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的采用液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用分析法(LC-ICP-MS)测定深圳沿海海域动物性海产品中三丁基锡含量,探明深圳沿海动物性海产品有机锡的污染状况。方法有代表性地采集深圳海域6个海区及部分市售动物性海产品,样品冻干处理制成干粉,加入流动相(乙腈/水/乙酸=65/23/12)经超声萃取、离心、过滤等处理后,用液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用分析法测定三丁基锡含量。结果所检测的14种共41个动物性海产品样品中,以湿重计算的三丁基锡含量最高的为48.7μg Sn/kg,平均含量是10.4μg Sn/kg。结论深圳沿海海域动物性海产品已受到一定程度的三丁基锡的污染。 Objective To determine the concentration of tributyltin(TBT) in seafood samples in Shenzhen by liquid chromatography linked to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LC-ICP-MS) and provide scientific evidence of organotin pollution.Methods The samples were collected from some retailers and 6 sea areas from which commercial seafood was harvested in Shenzhen.TBT was extracted from seafood samples by an ultrasonic bath with acetonitrile/water/acetic acid(65/23/12)plus 0.05% trethylamine solvent.The concentration of TNT was analyzed by LC-ICP-MS after filtration.Results Average concentration of TBT was 10.4 μg Sn/kg wet weight and the highest of which was 48.7 μg Sn/kg wet weight.Conclusion The result demonstrated that seafood from Shenzhen was polluted by organotin in certain degree and TBT was widely existed in different species of seafood.
