摘要
近年来,人畜共患病疫情出现了抬头趋势,全国每年人畜共患病发病人数一直居于法定报告传染病人数的前列,严重威胁公共卫生安全,并给畜牧业生产造成巨大损失。为分析人畜共患病流行规律,加强人畜共患病的防控,相关部门应积极开展监测工作,认真落实一系列人畜共患病的防控措施,包括:建立和完善法律法规,制定人畜共患病防治技术规范,实施综合防控措施,完善应急处置指挥体系,加强科研工作,积极做好宣传等。同时,本文针对目前工作中存在的问题,提出了下一步工作建议。
Recently,the epidemic situation of zoonosis appears to be in a rising trend;the numbers of zoonosis human cases always stay in the top level in notifiable infectious diseases,which threaten the public health security and cause huge losses to the animal husbandry.To analyze the regularity of zoonosis and reinforce the control of zoonosis,we ought to actively carry out monitoring works and put the prevention measures into practice,which should include establishing and improving laws and regulations,making technical specifications for prevention and control of zoonosis,implementing comprehensive control measures,perfecting emergency command system,reinforcing scientific researches and making better health education,etc.
