摘要
在自控控制系统研制,PLC程序的校验是一个重要环节。如何提高校验的准确性、可视性、敏捷性和低消耗性是一个急待解决的基础性问题。本文提出了基于图形引擎OGRE的三维仿真方法,通过造型软件构建自控控制模型并获取几何数据,利用VS2005开发环境创建自动控制平台,并和具体PLC实现实时信息交换,进而完成自动控制系统的三维仿真的解决方案。实验表明,该方案较好的解决了自动控制设备的可视化监控问题,具有一定的推广性。
Before self-control navar develop,PLC procedure checking is a important link.How,to improve checking accuracy,but to look at nature,promptness and low consumption is that one waits for the basis problem solving urgently.The three-dimensional simulated method the main body of a book has been submitted artwork engine OGRE-based,makes use of VS2005 exploitation environment to establish autocontrol platform by the fact that the model software structuring self-control under the control of model and gaining the geometry data,and and concrete PLC realizes real time information exchange,and then the 3-D accomplishing autocontrol system simulates resolving a scheme.The experiment indicates a problem,Visualization having owed fairly good solving of scheme autocontrol equipment monitors,have certain extension.
