摘要
工业以太网控制系统是集散控制系统(DCS)和现场总线控制系统(FCS)之后产生的一种新型的工业控制系统。工业以太网以其全开放、实现工业控制网络与数据信息网络的无缝整合的特点,已成为当前自动化技术领域的热门技术。本文以西门子SIMATIC S7-300/400 PLC为对象,利用多线程编程技术实现可编程控制器(PLC)与上位机(PC)基于工业以太网的实时通信,给出系统的通信原理和软件设计方法,并将此方法成功应用于实时监控系统。
Industrial Ethernet control system is a new type of industrial control system behind of distributed control system(DCS) and fieldbus control system(FCS).Industrial Ethernet has become a popular technology in automatic area depend on the feature of total opening,it realizes seamless concordance between industrial control network and data information network.This article introduces the realization of real-time communication process between SIMATIC S7-300/400 series PLC and PC through Industrial Ethernet using the multithread technology.The System's communication principle and software design method are given and the method is applied to the real-time monitoring system.
