立足于网络化环境 ,探讨了与图书馆信息资源共建和共享有关的信息资源数字化问题、信息资源的存取与拥有问题、文献传递及其障碍问题。
On basis of networking environment, this paper discusses digitalization of information resources, access and ownership of information resources, document delivery and its obstacles.
