摘要
本文以安徽省对外科技合作的基本格局及存在的问题为实证分析对象，从决策规划、管理运行机制、项目组织、经费投入、合作渠道与关系、信息网络基本建设等方面研究提出系统化的发展对策，其对于地方性国际科技合作的决策管理工作有重要的借鉴价值。
