摘要
目的:对鱼眼草的化学成分进行研究。方法:通过各种柱层析方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙醇提取物的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位分离得到6个化合物,鉴定为:正十八烷酸(1)、豆甾-7,22-二烯-3-醇(2)、α-香树脂醇(3)、表木栓醇(4)、十八酸甲酯(5)、正四十三烷(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of Dichrocephala integrifolia(L.) O.Kuntze.Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.Results: Six compounds were obtained and identified as stearic acid(1),stigmasta-7,22-dien-3-ol(2),α-amyrin(3),epifriedelanol(4),Methyl stearate(5) and tritetracontane(6).Conclusion: All these compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
