本文通过关于创新系统与高新技术企业研究的联姻，构造了在系统环境中理解高新技术企业的框架。
From the perspective of innovation system, a framework being presented to analysis the interaction between innovation system and high technology firms Regarding more indirect impact, we point to mechanisms, which transfer of information, knowledge and technology form one part of the innovation system to other actors in the system
