Y_2O_3对α-Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.15)(OH)_(2.2-0.5y)(CO_3)_y·xH_2O高温电化学性能的影响

摘要 为了改善α-Ni(OH)_2的高温性能,采用共沉淀法合成了α-Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.15)(OH)_(2.2-0.5y)(CO_3)_y·xH_2O并用XRD、FTIR、SEM和CT等进行表征。样品掺加了不同量的Y_2O_3后,作为正极材料制备MH/Ni模拟电池,在不同温度下用恒电流充放电、CV测定其电化学性能。结果表明:60℃时在0.2、1、5 C充放电下,掺加Y_2O_30.4%~1.2%能使α-Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.15)(OH)_(2.15-0.5y)(CO_3)_y·xH_2O的放电比容量分别提高24.4%、17.5%和20.5%,并改善了高温放电电位。 The sample ofα-Ni(0.8)Co(0.0)5Al(0.15)(OH)(2.15-0.5y)(CO3)y·xH2O was synthesized by co-precipitation and was determined by XRD,FTIR,SEM and CT in order to improve the high-temperature performance ofα-Ni(OH)2.The sample was added by different amount of Y2O3 and was prepared as the positive electrode material of the simulated MH/Ni batteries,and their electrochemical performance were determined by galvanostatic charge-discharge,CV at different temperatures.The results showed that the addition of 0.4%^1.2%of Y2O3 could increase 24.4%,17.5%and 20.5%of discharge specific capacities of the sample at 0.2,1,5 C and at 60℃,and improved the discharge potential at high temperature.
