仙人掌科花粉形态的扫描电镜研究 被引量:2

STUDIES ON POLLEN MORPHOLOGY IN CACTACEAE USING SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜,对仙人掌科7属8种植物的花粉形态进行观察研究.结果显示:蟹爪兰属、仙人掌属的花粉粒为球形,具散孔;昙花属的花粉粒为球形,具3沟;长疣球属的花粉粒为球形,具4沟;子孙球属的花粉粒为近球形,具3沟;令箭荷花属花粉粒为长球形,具3孔沟;乳突球属花粉粒为长球形,具3沟.花粉粒大小、形状和外壁雕纹属、种间差异显著. The pollen of eight species belonging to seven genera of Cactaceae was examined using scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the pollen grains of Schlumbergera and Opuntia are spheroid with panpori; Epiphyllum is spheroid with three-colpus; Dolichothele is spheroid with four-colpus ;Rebutia is approximate spheroid with three-colpus;Napalxochia is prolate spheroid with three-colposate;Mammillaria is prolate spheroid with three-colpus. There are extinct differences in size, shape and exine sculpture of the pollen grains among different genera and species.
