摘要
着重研究运用展示设计、室内设计的各种手段,处理好各设计元素,创造出售楼处的良好空间效果以促进房地产销售;同时在设计上要体现出销售企业的独有企业文化和特征,充分展现销售项目优势才能适应不断发展的社会需求。
The thesis focuses on how to exert various means of display design and interior design to well apply different design elements to create out fine spatial effect for the sales office and finally to promote the sales of real estate;and it also stresses that the design should reflect the unique culture and identity of the sales agency and fully embody the advantages of the real estate in order to meet the ever-growing needs of society.
