摘要
目的:研究大棚菜作业人员在温室环境下免疫功能的改变。方法:对171名蔬菜温室作业人员和99名对照人员进行3种免疫球蛋白、C3、C4和淋巴细胞亚群测定并进行统计分析。结果:不论男性和女性,观察组补体C3、C4的含量与对照组相比,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。而男性IgG和IgM与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.001),且男性观察组T细胞比例、B细胞比例和NK细胞比例与对照组相比有显著性差异(P均<0.01),而女性观察组仅T细胞比例同对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:大棚作业一定程度上影响劳动者机体的免疫功能,且影响程度男女有别。
Objective：To explore the change of immune function in green-house workers in Ningbo.Methods：Three kinds of immunoglobulins,C3,C4 and lymphocyte subsets were measured in 171 green-house workers and 99 controls.SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data.Results：Despite of male and female,there was significant difference in C3 and C4 between the testing and control groups（P〈0.05）.Moreover,IgG and IgM in male testing group were higher than control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.001）,and the ratios of T,B,NK cell in male greenhouse workers were significantly different from controls,whereas only T cell ratio was found different in the female testing group（P〈0.05）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：To some degree,immune function of greenhouse workers is affected.
