摘要
目的:了解我校新生的健康状况,为制定学生常见疾病预防控制措施和下一步开展针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法:按照《普通高等学校招生体检标准》及其操作规程的要求,对2659名入校新生进行包括内科、外科、五官科、胸透、血液生化、标准化结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物试验(PPD试验)检查。结果:完全健康率(不包括视力低下和PPD强阳性)90.6%,其中男生87.7%,女生96.3%,女生高于男生;PPD强阳性率24.50%,其中男生22.30%,女生28.60%,女生高于男生。体重超重率12.49%,其中男生16.55%,女生4.55%,男生高于女生。乙型肝炎表面抗原(HbsAg)阳性率4.06%,其中男生4.84%,女生2.55%,女生低于男生;乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性率28.43%,其中男生27.42%,女生30.41%,女生高于男生;单纯丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高2.33%,男生30.1%,女生0.99%,女生低于男生。结论:我校新生健康状况总体良好,影响我校新生健康的问题除HBV感染外,还应重视结核菌感染问题(PPD强阳性的)及体重超重等问题。这将作为我校预防保健及健康教育工作的重点。
Objective：To investigate the physical health status of freshmen in 2008 grade,establish measures for common Disease Control and Prevention and provide the scientific evidence for health education plan.Methods：In accordance to the ＂medical universities and colleges admissions standards of 2003＂ and the requirements of rules,comprehensive medical examination of 2659 Freshmen is performed,including medicine,surgery,facial features,chest-X,blood biochemistry,the standardization of tuberculin purified protein derivative test（PPD test） et.Results：Perfectly healthy rate of 90.6% is achieved,that is,boys 87.7% and girls 96.3%.Perfectly healthy rate and PPD strongly positive rate of girls are higher than that of boys;But overweight rate,Hepatitis B surface antigen（HbsAg） positive rate of boys are higher than that of girls.Conclusion：The healthy status of Freshmen in our university is better,and equal importance should be attached to HBV infection,TB infection（PPD strong positive） and overweight.These will be an important part in our health education work in the future.
