离子色谱法同时分析水中酸性除草剂灭草松和2,4-滴 被引量:9

Determination of 2,4-D and bentazone in water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法对饮用水中2,4-滴和灭草松酸性除草剂进行同时检测。方法:以AS19柱分离,30 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液、流速为1.2 ml/min、进样量500μl,电导检测。结果:二种除草剂分别在30-1000μg/L和100-1000μg/L的线性范围内呈良好的线性关系,加标回收率为95.4%-104.1%,相对标准偏差为1.08%-2.04%(n=6),方法检测限分别为10μg/L和30μg/L,能达到国家有关上述除草剂残留限量的要求。结论:本法操作简便,准确可靠。 Objective:A method for the determination of 2,4-D,and bentazone in drinking water by ion chromatography was established.Methods:AS19 column was used as separation column,30 mmol/L KOH as eluent,flow rate at 1.2 ml/min and sample injection volume at 500 μl.Results:The linearity of 2 herbicides was good in the range of 30-1000 μg/L and 100-1000 μg/L.The recovery of the method was 95.4%~104.1% and relative standard deviation(RSD) was1.08%-2.04%(n=6).The limits of detection(LOD) of the 2 herbicide residues were 10 μg/L and 30 μg/L.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and easy to be operated.It can be used for the determination of 2 herbicides residues in drinking water.
