Analysis of 7 trace elements in children in Lishui

摘要 目的:初步探讨北京博辉创新光电技术股份公司生产的原子吸收光谱仪测定铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的精密度、线性范围、回收率和灵敏度;了解丽水地区0-7岁儿童全血微量元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd含量水平,为儿童预防保健提供科学依据。方法:(1)评价原子吸收法测定全血微量元素含量的精密度、线性范围、回收试验和灵敏度。(2)测定来自丽水地区在丽水市中心医院就诊的1978例0-7岁儿童全血微量元素。结果:(1)Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg的批内、批间、日间和总RSD值均小于10%;Fe、Pb、Cd的批内、批间、日间和总RSD值均小于20%。(2)浓度为:Cu 145.31μmol/L、Zn 190.00μmol/L、Ca 2.32 mmol/L、Mg 2.58 mmol/L、Fe 13.84 mmol/L内线性良好(G〈F0.05。稀释变异可接受);Pb 200μg/L、Cd 8μg/L内线性良好(G〈F0.01。稀释变异可接受)。(3)Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd的回收率分别为:117.29%、95.65%、112.25%、113.90%、121.95%、132.5%、137.40%。(4)Cu(145.31μmol/L)、Zn(190.00μmol/L)、Ca(2.32 mmol/L)、Mg(2.58 mmol/L)、Fe(13.84 mmol/L)、Pb(200μg/L)、Cd(8μg/L)的吸光度分别为0.126、0.152、0.229、0.263、0.084、0.065、0.080。(5)丽水地区0-7岁儿童总缺Zn率占第1位,为37.66%;总缺Fe率占第2位,为36.55%;总缺Ca率占第3位,为4.10%,Pb超标率达到3.13%,其它微量元素大致正常。结论:原子吸收光度法检测Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg在线性范围内具备较高的可靠性和实用性;测定Fe、Pb、Cd精密度、回收率和灵敏度有待进一步提高。丽水地区0-7儿童Zn、Fe缺乏严重,应提高认识,做到早发现、早治疗,及时补充微量元素,预防疾病发生,儿童发生Pb、Cd中毒的现象也有发生,应该引起家长注意。 Objective:To investigate the method precision,linear range,recovery and sensitivity of atomic absorption spectrometry determination of copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),iron(Fe),Lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd) to learn the Lishui area for children aged 0 to 7 whole blood trace elements Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe,Pb,Cd concentration level,in order to provide the scientific basis for preventive health care for children.Methods:(1) Evaluation of atomic absorption spectrometry of trace elements in whole blood precision,linear range,recovery testing and sensitivity.(2) Trace elements were measured in whole blood from 1978 children aged 0 to 7 in Lishui city hospital.Results:(1) RSD values of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg are less than 10%;RSD values of Fe,Pb and Cd are less than 20%.(2) concentration: Cu 145.31 μmol/L,Zn 190.00 μmol/L,Ca 2.32 mmol/L,Mg 2.58 mmol/L,Fe 13.84 mmol/L a good linearity(GF0.05.Dilution of variation acceptable);Pb 200 μg/L,Cd 8 μg/L a good linearity(GF0.01.dilution acceptable variation).(3) Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe,Pb,Cd recovery rates were: 117.29%,95.65%,112.25%,113.90%,121.95%,132.5%,137.40%.(4) Cu(145.31 μmol/L),Zn(190.00 μmol/L),Ca(2.32 mmol/L),Mg(2.58 mmol/L),Fe(13.84 mmol/L),Pb(200 μg/L),Cd(8 μg/L),respectively 0.126,0.152,0.229,0.263,0.084,0.065,0.080 absorbance.(5) The ratio of the lack of trace elements in Lishui area 0-7 year-olds show that Zn(No.1,37.66%);Fe(No.2,to 36.55%);Ca(No.3,to 4.10%),Pb excessive rate of 3.13%,and other generally normal.Conclusion:Atomic absorption spectrophotometry Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg within the linear range with high reliability and availability,the method of determination of Fe,Pb,Cd should be further improved.Lishui area 0 to 7 children,Zn,Fe a lack of serious and should be to raise awareness and ensure early detection,early treatment and timely micronutrient supplementation to prevent disease to occur,a child Pb,Cd poisoning had also taken place,it should cause parents to pay attention to.
