摘要
基于高连通孔隙沥青路面材料,利用高粘度改性沥青与无机阻燃剂,制备阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面,测试不同空隙率下路面的阻燃、降噪、抗滑性能及路用性能,分析空隙率对各性能的影响规律,进行功能一体化设计研究,并采用自主研发的沥青高温降粘剂,温拌阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面。研究结果表明:空隙率为20%时,阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面具有最佳结构阻燃性能;空隙率为24%时,路面降噪性能最优;随着空隙率提高,路面材料路用性能下降显著;添加沥青高温降粘剂后,可以降低施工温度20℃。综合分析,温拌阻燃、降噪、抗滑沥青路面材料的空隙率应控制在18%-22%为宜。
Based on the porous asphalt pavement,and used high-viscosity modified asphalt, high-temperature de-viscosity agent,inorganic fire retardant,the authors prepared the warm fire-retardant de-noising and anti-sliding asphalt mixture.The research tested the fire retardant,de-noising,anti-sliding and pavement performance of the fire-retardant de-noising and anti-sliding asphalt mixture with different porosity,analyzed the effect of each performance by different porosity,then proceeds the functional integration designing research.The results show,when the porosity is 20 percent,the fire-retardant de-noising and anti-sliding asphalt pavement attains the best flame retardant performance,when the porosity is 24 percent,attains the best de-noise performance,and the pavement performance drops as increased the porosity.Used high-temperature de-viscosity agent,the compact temperature of fire-retardant de-noising and anti-sliding asphalt mixture reduce 20 centigrade.Under comprehensive analysis of all factors from the research,the article puts forward that the optimal porosity of the warm fire-retardant de-noising and anti-sliding asphalt pavement should be between 18 to 22 percent.
