摘要
资源环境问题在当前成为热点研究,节能减排科技管理工作迫切需要实现信息化。通过节能减排数据信息分析,根据节能减排科技管理工作的特点,提出了节能减排科技管理信息系统的指导策略,包括系统规划策略和技术选择策略。进而从数据库设计、系统功能设计、系统应用实施3个方面提出节能减排科技管理信息系统的设计应用策略。节能减排科技管理信息系统的策略研究主题是,构建基于WebGIS的节能减排科技管理系统,采用信息技术,空间科学技术等,以实现节能减排科学管理的信息化。节能减排科技管理信息系统的策略研究探讨了建立基于WebGIS的节能减排科技管理信息系统的思路和过程[1]。
As the hot research problem,the study on resources and environment is of great theoretical and practical significance.The work for energy saving and emission reduction is important task in society development.According to analysis of data on the process of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction,it points out the guidelines strategy on Management Information System for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction,which includes system plan strategy and technology choice strategy.Further,it puts forward the design strategy for information system,which includes database design,system function design,and system actualization.The subject of the strategy study on management information system is that foundation of management information system for energy saving and emission reduction based on WebGIS,with information technology and geographic science.The strategy study describes the way and process of construction of management information system for energy saving and emission reduction based on WebGIS.
