摘要
由于近年中国工业发展迅速,中国面临着非常严重的能源短缺与环境污染问题。首先介绍了日本、德国和英国在节能减排方面的成功经验,并对这些国家的节能减排措施的特点进行了概括,最后分析了发达国家的成功经验对我国的节能减排工作的启示。
Because of the rapid industrial development in recent years,China is facing a very serious energy shortage and environmental pollution problems,this paper describes the successful experience about energy-saving and emission reduction of Japan,Germany and the United Kingdom at first,and summarize the characteristics of these measures,analysis the inspiration of the advanced contries＇s successful experiences on China＇s energy-saving emission reduction work.
