摘要
从服务理念、人员素质、专业知识和服务意识等方面分析了高校图书馆期刊部存在的问题,探讨了在管理体制上实施人本化服务的措施。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in periodical department of university library from aspects of service concept, personal quality, professional knowledge, and service consciousness, etc. and probes into the measures for implementing the humanistic service in management system.
