小儿漏斗胸74例手术治疗体会

Experiences on operative treatment of pectus excavatum in children in 74 cases

摘要 自2002年3月-2009年5月间共收治小儿漏斗胸74例,采用胸骨楔行切开和肋软骨部分切除成形,胸骨内穿克氏针固定的方法。术后随访2个月～6年,疗效满意,现总结报道如下。1资料和方法1.1临床资料1.1.1一般资料：本组74例,男68例,女6例。
