摘要
【目的】探讨螺旋CT在肺孤立性结节诊断中的应用及临床意义,为临床诊断提供依据。【方法】对96例肺孤立性结节患者行螺旋CT检查,分析螺旋CT的影像学表现,并与病理结果进行对比。【结果】螺旋CT能较准确地对肺孤立性结节作出诊断,与病理诊断差别无显著性(P>0.05)。螺旋CT扫描能充分显示肺孤立性结节内的细微结构,与病理检查相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),螺旋CT诊断肺孤立性结节的敏感度、特异度分别为95%、57%。【结论】根据螺旋CT影像学检查,结合病史可以对肺孤立性结节做出基本准确的诊断。
[Objective]To explore the application and valuation of spiral CT in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules（SPN）.[Methods] 96 SPN patients was diagnosed using spiral CT,and comparing to the histopathologic data.[Results] Spiral CT can show the type and the micro-structure of SPN,and had no significant difference with the histopathologic results（P0.05）.The sensitivity for malignant nodules was 95%,specificity 57%.[Conclusions]With consideration of the history,the valuable diagnosis may be made for SPN on the basis of the signs of CT.
