摘要
针对国内外关于外伸端板高强螺栓受拉连接的受力分析方法,研究端板刚性、弹塑性、塑性和T形件4种力学计算模型。端板刚性分析中将端板按无弯曲变形的刚性体考虑;弹塑性分析中假定受拉翼缘两侧的两排螺栓承担相同拉力,并考虑端板的部分塑性变形;塑性分析中每个螺栓的受力依赖于其本身的承载力,各排螺栓随拉力的增大依次达到屈服;T形件模型考虑端板的弹塑性变形,将受拉翼缘和螺栓简化为T形连接件。通过例题研究4种计算模型下高强螺栓受拉连接的计算方法,可为工程设计提供参考。
Four kinds of mechanics model including the rigid of end-plate,elasto-plastic,plastic,T stub are studied according to the methods of mechanics analysis for extended end-plate high strength tensile connection at home and abroad.End-plate definited as rigid and plastic deformation is ignored in analysis of rigid for end-plate;some plastic deformation is considered and both sides of bolts near tensile flange are assumed to bear the same tension in elasto-plastic analysis;force of each bolt is depending on its bearing capacity and every row of bolts yielded ordinally with the increase of tension in plastic analysis;elastic-plastic deformation is considered and tensile flange and bolts are simplified as T stub in T sub model.Results of four mechanics model for extended end-plate high strength tensile connection are studied by examples and can provide reasonable reference for design of steel construction.
