摘要
采用有限元分析方法,研究柔性机库大门托盘结构。运用ANSYS软件建立柔性机库大门托盘结构的三维计算模型并对其结构进行计算,求出托盘结构在荷载作用下的最大变形值和最大应力值以及变形和应力所处的位置。分析结果表明,大门托盘结构是安全可靠的,可以用于生产制造。
The paper studied tray-framework structure of soft hangar door by finite element analysis.A 3-D calculated model for tray-framework structure of soft hangar door has been established and its structure is calculated with ANSYS software.Its maximum deformation and stress including the position of deformation and stress under the load are figured out.The results indicate that the tray-framework of soft hangar door is safe and reliability,and it could be manufactured.
