摘要
20世纪20-30年代,外货在华倾销日益剧烈。在民族资产阶级的努力敦促下,南京国民政府制订并颁布了近代中国的第一部反倾销法规。但由于种种原因,特别是不平等条约的束缚,反倾销法规并没有如民族资产阶级所希望的那样得以实施。中国历史上的第一部反倾销法规就这样夭折了,中国当时的国情注定了该法规不可避免的失败命运。
The foreign commodities dumped in China during 1920s and 1930s. The government stimulated and promulgated the anti-dumping law because of the effort of the national capitalism. Due to kinds of reason especially the unequaled treaty, the anti-dumping law didn＇ t really carried out and doomed its destiny because of the special condition in China.
