摘要
目的:观察去卵巢后对大鼠睑板腺腺泡上皮超微结构的影响。方法:选择72只雌性青春期SD大鼠,随机分为手术组、假手术组和正常组。分别在2、4、6、8周检测血清雌二醇浓度,并随机取24只大鼠上睑板组织做透射电镜观察。结果:手术组术后4～8周血清雌二醇的浓度显著低于正常组和假手术组(P<0.05)。手术组术后4～8周,睑板腺腺泡上皮的基底细胞、过渡细胞损伤显著。结论:去卵巢后睑板腺腺泡上皮超微结构有明显的病理学改变。
Objective To observe the effect on epithelial ultrastructure of meibomian gland acinus in ovariectomy rats. Methods Seventy-two adolescent female SD rats were selected and randomly divided into operated group,sham-operated group and normal group. Serum levels of estradiol were detected by radioimmunoassay on 2 weeks,4 weeks,6weeks,8weeks,respectively,and upper meibomian tissues in randomized 24 rats were observed by electron microscopy. Results Compared with normal group and sham-operated group,serum levels of estradiol in operated group was significantly lower from 4 to 8 week respectively （P〈0.05）. The basal cells and transitional-cells of meibomian gland acinus epithelial were obviously damaged in operated groups from 4 to 8 week postoperation. Conclusion There are obvious pathologic changes in the epithelum ultrastructure of the meibomian gland acinus in ovariectomized rats.
