摘要
目的:探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗下肢缺血的可行性和意义。方法:以18只新西兰大白兔建立36条下肢动脉狭窄的动物模型,并记录DSA影像,左肢为对照组,右肢为治疗组。将取于自体的骨髓干细胞制成悬液经导管注射于患肢股动脉,2周后再行股动脉造影,测定小血管生成情况。结果:股动脉造影显示治疗组缺血肢体小动脉明显增多,毛细血管期造影剂染色加深。结论:自体骨髓干细胞移植可增加小血管的生成,是治疗下肢缺血的有效手段。
Objective To explore the feasibility and significance of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation for treatment of lower limb ischemia. Methods Thirty-six animal models of lower extremity arterial stenosis were established in 18 New Zealand white rabbits,and DSA images were recorded. The left limbs were control group and the right limbs were treatment group. Suspension was made from autologous bone marrow stem cells and injected into femoral artery of the affected limbs by transcatheter. The femoral artery angiography was done to determine small-angiogenesis two weeks later. Results Femoral artery angiography showed that small arteries in treatment group significantly increased,and contrast agents stained deep in capillary phase. Conclusion Autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation could increase the formation of small vasculars,and would become effective treatment of lower limb ischemia.
