不同酶切方式制备壳低聚糖体外抗幽门螺杆菌的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究壳低聚糖(COS)对抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的体外抑菌作用,为临床应用COS提供实验依据。方法:采用纸片琼脂扩散法在不同浓度、不同酶切方式以及不同pH值条件下测量COS对Hp的抑菌环直径大小,统计学SNK-q检验分析处理实验数据。结果:以壳聚糖内切酶降解的COS均有较好的抑菌能力,其中以数均分子质量为1500的COS效果最好,其抑菌效果在分子质量1500~10000范围内随分子质量减小而增强(P<0.01),并随着浓度增大而增强(P<0.01),在pH2.0~4.0范围内随pH值降低而增强(P<0.01)。结论:由壳聚糖内切酶降解的COS对Hp具有抑菌作用,且抑菌效果跟浓度、分子质量和pH值相关。
