摘要
用工程塑料——尼龙制造的起重机滑轮具有良好的技术性能,大约能提高滑轮寿命4～5倍和钢丝绳寿命10倍。文中列举了联邦德国某公司MC尼龙的综合技术指标,并介绍了MC尼龙滑轮的设计方法和在汽车起重机上的使用效果。
Engineering plastic-nylon shows good technical features for making pulleies for cranes. It increases pulley's service life by 4-5 times and rope's service life by 10 times. In this paper comprehensive techincal indices of MC nylon made by a FRG company are listed. Design method of MC nylon pulleies and its performance on a mobile crane are introduced.
